Briar Creek Development
Lawrenceburg, Kentucky
The Briar Creek property in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky
contains two distinct tracts of land that are each presently zoned for a large retail center.
The first property is
located at the intersection of US-62 and US-127, directly adjacent to the existing Crossroads Plaza development, and the second
tract is located at the intersection of KY-44 and US-127.
The first tract at US-62, on the southernmost end of the
Briar Creek development, contains approximately 24 acres.
This acreage has been carefully planned as an integral part
of our overall development concept of the Traditional Neighborhood Development and lies just south of and within 500 feet
of our new 299-lot residential section.
The 24 acres has two highway access points, one is an existing entrance from
US-127 at Plaza Drive, the second will be a highway entrance on US-62 across from the new Post Office, and it has been accepted
and approved.
All utilities are adjacent to the site and a Level I Environmental Site Assessment has already
been performed with no negative comments.
The third site is in an area at the northernmost
end of the Briar Creek Property, at the corner of KY-44 and US-127. As currently platted this area contains approximately
11 acres zoned PUD and is scheduled for highway business.
This development is unique in that Briar Creek Enterprises
has positioned themselves to offer a mixed use residential and commercial development, in order to provide the commercial
occupants and the residential inhabitants with a pleasant, prosperous neighborhood atmosphere.
