Philip
Sewell is a graduate of Centre
College with a BA in Economics. Sewell
started his commercial real estate career with a local firm in Lexington in 1988. From this experience he gained the knowledge and resources necessary to launch his
own development and brokerage firm in 1999.
Sewell possesses an extensive knowledge as well as an all-embracing expertise
in all aspects of commercial real estate. Throughout Sewell’s career he has worked with several major tenants in obtaining
market leases as well as representing and managing over ½ million s.f. of commercial property.
To
date, Sewell exclusively represents Dollar Tree Stores for the Kentucky market.
In addition, Sewell with partners owns and manages a K-Mart redevelopment in Lexington
where he successfully procured an Alltel lease of 60,000 s.f. and a Goodwill lease of 40,000 s.f.
In addition to being involved in numerous commercial property organizations,
Philip is active in his local church as well as maintaining a position as a children’s leader for the local chapter
of Bible Study Fellowship.
